Work from anywhere. No cap on income.

If you can communicate clearly, stay consistent, and handle rejection — you can make money here.

This is not hourly.

This is performance-based.

What This Role Is

A Remote Setter does the same job as a canvasser — without knocking doors.

You generate opportunities by reaching out to prospects through:

  • Cold calling
  • Cold texting
  • Cold emailing
  • Direct messaging (DMs)

Your goal is to start conversations and set qualified appointments.

You are not closing deals.

You are feeding the pipeline.

Two Types of Setters

Residential Setter (Homeowners)

You contact homeowners directly to:

  • Identify potential property issues
  • Offer inspections
  • Set appointments for our sales team

Relationship Setter (Commercial / Referral Partners)

You reach out to professionals such as:

  • Realtors
  • Home inspectors
  • Property managers
  • Investors and other industry contacts

Your goal is to build relationships and generate consistent referral opportunities.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Make outbound calls, texts, emails, and DMs
  • Follow scripts and outreach systems (provided)
  • Start conversations and qualify prospects
  • Set inspection appointments
  • Track all activity in the CRM

This is a volume and consistency role.

The more conversations you create, the more appointments you set.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Same structure as canvassers:

  • 2% of total contract value during training
  • 3% of total contract value after training
  • $20 per appointment set (training period only)

Average deal: $17,500+

Close rate on quality appointments: 50%+

The Math (No Guesswork)

If you consistently generate appointments:

  • 10 appointments → ~5 deals
  • 5 deals x $17,500 = $87,500 revenue
  • 10% overhead = $8,750
  • Commissionable revenue = $78,750
  • 3% = $2,362.50
    • appointment bonuses during training

Strong setters can produce consistent weekly income.

Income Potential

  • Beginners: $1,000–$2,500/week
  • Consistent performers: $2,500–$5,000+/week

There is no cap.

You are paid based on output, not hours worked.

Who This Is For

You will do well here if you:

  • Are comfortable communicating with strangers
  • Can handle rejection and keep going
  • Are consistent and self-managed
  • Want a remote, performance-based opportunity
  • Can follow systems and scripts

Who This Is Not For

Do not apply if you:

  • Need hourly pay or guaranteed income
  • Avoid rejection or uncomfortable conversations
  • Struggle with consistency
  • Need constant supervision
  • Are not comfortable with outbound communication

The Reality

You will hear “no” frequently.

You will deal with ignored messages, hang-ups, and objections.

This is high-volume outbound work.

Most people quit early.

The ones who stay consistent make money.

If you can lead, enforce standards, and drive output — this role pays at a high level.

This is not a job.

This is a performance-based leadership role.

What This Role Is

A Sales Manager is responsible for team production and revenue.

You lead canvassers, setters, hybrids, and/or closers — ensuring they are producing, improving, and hitting targets.

You are not measured on effort.

You are measured on results:

  • Appointments generated
  • Deals closed
  • Revenue produced

You own the outcome.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Run team meetings and set clear expectations
  • Track KPIs and monitor performance
  • Coach reps on scripts, objections, and closing
  • Hold team members accountable to activity and results
  • Step in on deals when needed
  • Develop and promote top performers

Structure:

  • Daily leadership and communication with your team
  • Friday full team meeting
  • Ongoing field involvement and oversight

This is a performance-driven leadership role.

Your team’s output determines your income.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

  • Revenue share on the team you manage
  • Performance-based earnings tied directly to production

Exact structure is discussed during the interview process.

Income Potential

  • Developing managers: $10,000–$15,000/month
  • Consistent performers: $15,000–$25,000/month
  • Top performers: $25,000–$30,000+/month

There is no cap.

The stronger your team performs, the more you earn.

Performance Incentives

  • Company vehicle provided after 90 days of consistently hitting performance targets
  • Monthly performance authority:
You can award a company vehicle to a top-performing rep once per month
  • Remote setters can be rewarded with equivalent performance-based incentives
    (technology, office equipment, or tools)

These are earned through results, not tenure.

What You’re Responsible For

  • Team production and consistency
  • Appointment volume and quality
  • Close rates and deal flow
  • Training, coaching, and development
  • Maintaining standards, culture, and accountability

You are responsible for outcomes, not effort.

You will do well here if you:

  • Have sales experience and leadership ability
  • Can lead, coach, and correct people directly
  • Hold high standards and enforce them
  • Are competitive and performance-driven
  • Want leverage through building and leading a team

Who This Is Not For

Do not apply if you:

  • Avoid accountability
  • Struggle to lead or correct others
  • Prefer working independently without responsibility
  • Cannot handle pressure tied to team performance
  • Want guaranteed income without production

The Reality

You are responsible for more than just yourself.

  • If the team performs, you win
  • If the team underperforms, you fix it

This role requires:

  • Leadership
  • Discipline
  • Consistency
  • Problem-solving

Most people are not built for this level of responsibility.

Tools & Support

  • Proven systems and sales processes
  • Training frameworks for reps
  • CRM and performance tracking tools

Top performers scale teams and increase revenue.

First Week Expectations

  • Learn systems, structure, and expectations
  • Begin working with team members immediately
  • Start tracking performance and identifying gaps
  • Take ownership of team output early

You are expected to move quickly.
