Every Guardian operates under their own licensed business and insurance, allowing them to work independently while supporting RID-ICK projects when additional manpower, labor crews, or specialized trades are required.

Guardians may assist on projects in a variety of field roles, including:

• Skilled trade work

• Specialty services

• General labor crews

• Project support when additional manpower is required

To qualify as a RID-ICK Guardian, partners must operate under their own:

• Registered business entity (LLC or company)

• General Liability Insurance

• Workers’ Compensation Insurance (when applicable)

Guardians are not employees of RID-ICK.

They operate as independent businesses and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, equipment, workforce, and operational compliance.

RID-ICK Guardians are carefully selected based on their:

RID-ICK Rewards is the referral program that allows anyone to earn by introducing projects to RID-ICK.

If a homeowner, property manager, investor, or business owner needs help with their property and you connect them with RID-ICK, you may receive a reward when that project becomes a completed job.

This program exists to recognize the value of introductions and opportunities that help move projects forward.

The process is simple:
